Video Scoreboards for East High School

The bid specifications set forth in this Request for Proposals represent minimum requirements established by the District. Proposers may submit equipment and materials that meet or exceed the stated specifications. Products offering equal or superior performance, quality, durability, resolution, functionality, or warranty coverage will be considered acceptable, provided they otherwise comply with the requirements of this RFP and applicable District standards.

The District reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether proposed materials or equipment are substantially equivalent to or better than the specified requirements.
