Iowa State University of Science and Technology's (ISU) Department of
Intercollegiate Athletics is undertaking a multi-million dollar, integrated fan-
experience facility upgrade project to include: sound, videoboards and lighting at
four on-campus facilities.
Facilities:
MidAmerican Energy Field at Jack Trice Stadium (Football)
Hilton Coliseum (Men's & Women's Basketball, Volleyball, Wrestling &
Gymnastics)
Cyclone Sports Complex (Soccer and Softball)
Beyer Hall (Swimming & Diving)
ISU is requesting formal bids from qualified Suppliers to produce and provide high-
quality, dynamic and fan-centric motion graphics and/or shoot, edit and finalize video
content to be used during live events. All content generated must meet ISU's brand
standards.
Supplier shall read all materials carefully and note the due date. Suppliers must
submit all questions in the "Questions" tab related to this bid opportunity.
