REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)

Solicitation No. R-25-007-JP

Proposals are being requested from interested firms that meet SAWS’ requirements for video production services for the SAWS Communication and Conservation Departments, as described in the RFP.

For difficulties downloading documents , or questions, please contact Janie Powell, Contract Administrator in writing via email to: Janie.Powell @saws.org until 4:00 PM (CDT) on October 3, 2025. Answers to questions will be posted to the web site by 5:00 PM (CDT) on October 10, 2025 as part of an addendum. Please be advised that Firms are prohibited from communicating with any other SAWS staff regarding this RFP up until the contract is awarded.

Proposals will be received Electronically via SAWS secured File Transfer Protocol (FTP) site.  Submit the FTP request prior to October 16, 2025 at 10:00 AM (CDT) to receive access to the FTP site via email to Janie.Powell@saws.org.  Email shall provide the legal name of the company and the intended recipient’s email address and phone number.  No requests for FTP site access will be accepted after October 16, 2025 at 10:00 AM (CDT).

Once access is received, Respondent may upload the required documents any time before the due date on October 17, 2025 at 10:00 AM (CDT).
