Service will include monitoring of any mentions of The Alabama Department of Public Health and including key words such as COVID, Infant Mortality, WIC, Septic Tanks, Emergency Medical Services, Rabies, CHIP (Children's Health Insurance Program), Breast Cancer, CLIA (Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendment), HIV, PDMP (Prescription Drug Monitoring Program), Radiation, Nuclear Power Plants, Tobacco, Cannabis, and mentions of State Health Officer, Dr, Scott Harris, Dr. Karen Landers, Dr. Mary McIntyre, and Dr. Grace Thomas.

Additional key words may be added upon request.

In-state television stations and stations covering Alabama from surrounding states including Columbus, Georgia; Columbus, Mississippi; Meridian, Mississippi; Pensacola, Florida and Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Reports are to be made daily in the morning and emailed Monday thru Friday.

Billing will be monthly in arrears.

Services to be performed for the period 10/1/2026 thru 9/30/2027.

No 3rd party vendors or sub-contracting.

Vendor must have an account manager available via phone and email.

Please quote total price for the entire year.

ADPH reserves the right to not award based on budget restrictions.
