The Village of Park Forest, Illinois, invites experienced contractors to submit their qualifications and proposals for the buildout of approximately 1,000 square feet, village-owned building located in the heart of Downtown Park Forest.

Bids will be received until 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at the office of the DownTown Park Forest Management Office (226 Forest Blvd.) and will be publicly opened and read at that time.

Specifications are available at the DownTown Park Forest Management office (226 Forest Blvd., Park Forest), on Monday, October 13 , 2025, online at www.villageofparkforest.com, or requesting by email at

A site visit for 346 Victory Drive is are scheduled for Thursday, October 23, 2025, at 11:30am.  The Village reserves the right to refuse to issue and specifications to any person, firm or corporation that it considers to be unqualified.

The Village reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive irregularities in bids, and make award in the best interest of the Village.

Remove and replace ceiling tiles.
Paint ceiling grid and tiles black.
Remove and replace vinyl base.
Prep floor as needed and install vinyl plank snap together flooring.
Remove existing exit light and install emergency/exit light over entry.
Install piping, wiring and switches for lighting.
Install plumbing for 2- shampoo stations.
Install ceiling outlet over front window.
Install electrical outlets to be determined how many.
Patch and paint walls.
Install door closer.
