The Victoria County Commissioners’ Court is seeking Competitive Sealed Proposals for the Victoria County Regional Public Safety Training Center Project. The project is a renovation of an existing building located at 1952 Guadalupe Rd, Victoria, Texas 77905, for the use as the new location for Victoria County for training purposes.
