Synopsis:

Submissions clearly marked "COR26-00003 Victoria Avenue Functional Design (Broad Street to Arcola Avenue)", in the header line, will be received by the City of Regina, via email at procurement@regina.ca, no later than 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on Friday, April 10, 2026.

This solicitation describes a requirement for consulting services resulting in a contract for a term of approximately 18 months, until the completion of all deliverables.
