This Request for Supplier Qualifications ("RFSQ") is an invitation by the City of Toronto to prospective Respondents to submit responses for the purpose of establishing a Multi-Use List (with a rotational selection method) of consulting firms with expertise to conduct peer reviews of the methodology, findings and recommendations of technical studies and/or reports submitted by an applicant in support of development applications within the boundaries of the City of Toronto.
Respondents are invited to submit a Response for future eligibility to provide Peer Review services on a project-by-project basis for one or both of the following categories: • Scope A: Air Quality and Odour Study, Noise, Vibration Study, Compatibility/Mitigation (“Nuisance Studies”) • Scope B: Rail Safety and Risk Mitigation (RSRM) Report |
