The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals from experienced and qualified vendors and enter an exclusive multi-year contract, through competitive negotiations, with one vendor to provide vending services (including cold and hot beverage, snack food, Virginia Tourism products, and, banking automatic teller machines at Welcome Centers) at VDOT Safety Rest Areas and Welcome Centers (SRA/WC) throughout the Commonwealth.
