Sections of the SOW may supersede the requirements found in the specifications, in which case, the more stringent/higher quality requirements will apply. The contractor shall schedule and perform a construction task for the replacement of the existing heating boiler systems and Roof Top Units (RTU) in Building 164 at the Selfridge Air National Guard Base, Harrison Twp. MI. The Contractor will provide complete and operable boiler and RTU systems at Building 164. ** ATTACHMENTS CAN BE FOUND IN THE PIEE SOLICITATION MODULE Link noted in the Attachments section. ** Update 7-23-2026 - this update adds in the 7-22-2026 site visit sign-in sheet and presentation slides. Update 29 July 2026: This update adds in SOW Addendum 01, updated drawings 7 and 8, and provides answers to RFIs. The solicitation bid due date and time is unchanged. Please review and acknowledge Amendments. Please allow enough time to submit bid. Update 31 July 2026: This update adds in the 31 July 2026 bid results and government bid document. These are just preliminary results. No award will be made until all solicitation requirements are confirmed through a bid responsiveness process.
