Project Description: The City of Dallas is seeking to establish a five-year (5) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) agreement for veterinary services for police dogs and horses. An ID/IQ term agreement is established when the quantities of services and/or delivery schedules cannot be determined. Services shall be ordered on an as-needed basis for the term of the agreement
