The purpose and intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified veterinarians to obtain multiple contracts through competitive negotiation, to provide veterinary services for Fauquier County’s Animal Control in accordance with all terms, conditions and specifications as set out in this Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation is issued by the Procurement Division of Fauquier County Finance, on behalf of the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors and the Fauquier County School Board, political subdivisions of the Commonwealth of Virginia, herein referred to collectively for convenience as “Owner”.
