Veterans Sports Lighting Retrofit Repair

The City of Pearland is accepting competitively sealed bids from qualified bidders for Veterans Sports Lighting Retrofit Repair in accordance with the specifications provided herein in full accordance with the scope of work, terms and conditions contained in this solicitation and Local Government Code 252. This is an acknowledgement that FEMA financial assistance will be used to fund the contract only. The contractor will comply will all applicable federal law, regulations, executive orders, FEMA policies, procedures, and directives.
