Solicitation Description:

The City of College Station invites qualified contractors to submit bids for the Construction of Entryway Monument Signs at both University Road and Harvey Road entries to Veterans Park and Athletic Complex. Project estimate $230,000.

A Pre-bid Meeting will be held at City of College Station, City Hall located at 1101 Texas Ave S., College Station, Texas in Finance Conference Room 2, 3rd Floor at 9:00 a.m. CT on Thursday, September 11, 2025. This meeting is not mandatory, but attendance is highly recommended .

The City will accept electronic bids or hardcopy (original) bids. Bids received after the specified submission deadline will not be accepted. A Five (5) percent bid security is required.

Please note that the City of College Station is not responsible for high internet traffic/demand at or near the time the response packages are due and that firms submitting their response package during peak traffic times risk their submittal not being received by the due date and time.
