Project Description: Ventura County Behavioral Health (VCBH), a division of the County of Ventura’s Health Care Agency, is inviting written proposals to subsequently contract with one (1) qualified provider to develop and implement this Veterans Mentorship Program (VMP). The VMP will assist veterans and emergency first responders throughout Ventura County with various mental health and ancillary services during their transitions from active service to civilian life.
