Scope: These specifications cover the production of mail packets, consisting of various types of booklets, brochures, variable data letters, static data letters, forms, and fact sheets inserted into mail-out envelopes requiring such operations as electronic prepress, static data printing (including black ink, black ink plus one Pantone color, and four-color process), variable data imaging in black ink, binding, construction, inserting, and domestic and international mailing.
Quantity: There are approximately 59 mailer packet titles with up to 20 inserts per packet and a variety of miscellaneous letters. Anticipate up to 5,000 mail pieces each day, most days will be between 1,000 and 3,000 mail pieces.
