Please scan and email a copy of your check once placing your hard copy deposit set order to plans@reprographix.com Documents returned in good condition within the time allotted or winning bidder can request their deposit check to be returned and must include a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) or UPS account number. If a SASE is not included, the check will be voided. The Trustees of Purdue University will receive sealed bids for the following projects until 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on the 23rd day of January 2025 in the offices of Capital Asset Management, 2550 Northwestern Avenue, Suite 1100, West Lafayette, IN 47906. A $300 deposit will be required for each hardcopy set of bidding documents. One compact disk or download is available at no charge. Postage and handling fee may apply.
A voluntary pre-bid meeting for Project No. 6 will be held on January 6, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. EST. The meeting will be held in on site at the Vet Research Farm (VSRF), located at 1910 S. River Rd., West Lafayette, IN. AS PER ADDENDUM 1: The voluntary pre-bid meeting scheduled for January 6, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. EST. will be changed to a virtual meeting (Teams Meeting) instead of an onsite meeting as originally scheduled: The meeting will be held in on site at the Vet Research Farm (VSRF), located at 1910 S. River Rd., West Lafayette, IN. Please email Margaret Danao at madanao@purdue.edu to receive an invitation to the Teams Pre-Bid Meeting. An onsite visit will be setup on a different day for all interested bidders.
