The Coast Guard intends to solicit, negotiate and award a sole-source procurement (under FAR authority 6.302) to Eclipse Group Research Vessel, (RV) BOLD HORRIZON, moored at 10th Ave Marine Terminal 1800 Crosby Rd. San Diego, CA 92101. Class Number: 1265983, IMO Number: 7723821, MMSI: 303273000.

Contract a US flagged survey vessel moored at a secured facility with limited access to the public for pier side shipboard Hook & Climb. Close Quarter Combat Tactics, Tactical Combat Causality Care (TCCC), and Chemical Biological Radiological and Explosive (CBRNE) training for MSRT West in San Diego, CA.
