Vertical Lifting Fabric Hangar Doors Maintenance and Repair Services

Pre-Solicitation Notice:

The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notification of the Government’s expected solicitation release set for the date of on or around 04/15/2025.

The solicitation number will be FA448425R0015.

This requirement will be a 100% Small Business set-aside.

Procurement Description: The 87th Contracting Squadron, Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey 08641 is procuring maintenance and repair services of vertical lifting fabric hangar doors. The initial period of performance will be 1 October 2025 through 30 September 2026, and there will be four additional option periods of year each. The solicitation will result in a new Firm Fixed Price IDIQ contract awarded to the offeror providing the best value to the Government.

Description of Services: The contractor shall provide, maintenance and repair of vertical lifting fabric hangar doors in accordance with the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).

The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310, with a small business size standard of $12,500,000.00.

Upon release to the public, the RFQ, as well as any amendments, will be available at the SAM website https://sam.gov/. The RFQ will specify the actual date and time for receipt of quotes. The RFQ must be downloaded from SAM. No paper copies of the solicitation will be mailed and no telephone requests for paper copies will be honored. In accordance with FAR provision 52.204-7, all Contractors doing business with the Department of Defense shall have an active registration in the System for Award Management database at https://sam.gov/.
