Bid Description:
The State is requesting proposals for Program Administration and Technical Assistance Services for the Vermont Pay for Performance (VPFP) Program. Services sought are primarily technical assistance to producers enrolled in the VPFP Program, including assistance with entry of farm management data into the Farm Phosphorus Reduction Planner program (FarmPREP), record-keeping and data upkeep in FarmPREP, and in-field and record verification of field-by-field management. Services may also include providing support for VPFP Program administration tasks such as program outreach or communications, training and accountability of individual service provider tasks, software support, and other general program support.
