INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE
This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 5.101 requiring dissemination of information for proposed contract actions. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 09, located at 1639 Medical Center Parkway, Suite 204, Murfreesboro, TN 37129 issues and award a Sole Source single award Firm-Fixed Price type contract with an after receipt of order (ARO) of 90days to Vericor, LLC. located at 703 Western Ave, Holmen, WI 54636 under FAR 13.106-1(Only one source).
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 339113, Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 6545, Replenishable Field Medical Sets, Kits, and Outfits. The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for this sector is 800 Employees.
This requirement is to replenish expiring items in existing Vericor Dual Use Vehicles (DUV) kits and Alternate Care Site (ACS) modules medical emergency kits.

Capability statement /information sought: Response to this announcement shall not to exceed 5 pages and should include the following information: (1) A tailored capability statement indicating the firm s ability to provide a product and related services; (2) The respondents SAM UEI number, organization name, address, point of contact, and size and type of business (e.g., SDVOSB/VOSB, etc,) pursuant to the applicable NAICS code; (3) Information should be provided electronically in a Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF format. (4) If you are not the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), you must submit an authorized distributor letter signed by the OEM. If you are not the OEM and a small business, you must indicate in your response how you will comply with limitations on subcontracting and/or the non-manufacturer rule.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit a capability statement no later than 10:00 am., CT, Wednesday, February 19, 2025 to: Christina.Lawrence2@va.gov. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no written response is received within the closing date of this notice, a single source blanket purchase agreement award will be made to Vericor, LLC. without any further notice.
