Responses to this RFP are due by 10 am CST April 13, 2026, to: c/o Greg Pervis, Purchasing Agent Farmers Branch City Hall 13000 William Dodson Parkway Farmers Branch, Texas 75234 Hardcopies can be dropped at the CSR counter in the main lobby of Farmers Branch City Hall In a sealed package with “Professional Venue Management Services Submittal” clearly visible on the exterior, the proposer shall submit 5 copies, all printed and bound, as well as one (1) copy (PDF format) on a USB drive. Paper size of the submittal should be 8.5 x 11, in either landscape or portrait orientation. All materials will be retained by the City.
