Venue Go R4

GE Medical Systems, Ultrasound & Primary Care Diagnostics, LLC is the manufacturer and developer of the Venue Go R4 Packages including probes, adapters and cart. SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University (“SUNY-DHSU”) intends to purchase the aforementioned via Northwell GPO Agreement GPOCM-516-RD-1.

Pursuant to authority under New York State Finance Law, Section 163(3)(vi) this procurement is being purchased via GPO Master Agreement GPOCM-516-RD-1 which authorizes the use of a consortium or comparable entity in lieu of a centralized contract or formal competitive process when justified by price.

Agreement is subject to NYS Finance Law §139 J&K, or The Lobbying Law. Therefore vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual, or individuals, listed below. Failure to comply with this requirement can range from no contract to debarment from sales to any NYS Agency.

Successful contractor shall be required to submit valid and current NYS Workman’s compensation and Disability Forms. In addition, the contractor will be required to complete and submit documents related to NYS Finance Law §139 j&k and Public Officer’s Law
