Scope of Services
1. Intent: The intent of this solicitation is to select a successful Bidder to provide for the construction of the Waters’ Edge Drive Sidewalk Project.

2. Scope of Service: This Project consists of the intermittent construction of approximately 0.61 miles of 5-ft-wide concrete sidewalks on Waters Edge Drive between Rock Springs Court/Hidden Springs Circle and Coco Bay Circle/Vanessa Court to improve the pedestrian route to Ventura Elementary School.
