Project Description: Construction of sidewalk and buffered bike lanes on the eastern side of Ventura Avenue, along with curb ramps for pedestrian safety, and drainage improvements. Work includes Potholing, Roadway Preparation, Tree Removal, Chain Link Fence, Drive Gate, Removal of Existing Structures, Crushed Miscellaneous Base, PCC Curb and Gutter, Curb Drain, PCC Sidewalk, PCC Driveway Approach, PCC Cross Gutter, PCC Curb Ramps, Minor Concrete, Earthen Swale, Reinforced Concrete Pipe, Storm Drain Manhole, Curb Opening Catch Basin, Drop Inlet for Concrete Pipe, Surface Preparation & Crack Treatment, Tack Coat, Mill & Fill, AC Widening, AC Miscellaneous Paving, Type II Emulsion-Aggregate Slurry, Roadside Mailbox, Pavement Delineation, Striping & Signing, and appurtenant work
