Ventilation Exhibit Room PAPS

The City is requesting Bidders to provide pricing for the following: Ventilation Exhibit Room PAPS standard features included in the pricing. Separate pricing for all optional features listed must be provided in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of this Tender. The City of Prince Albert is requesting Plumbing Contractor’s to price the Prince Albert Police Service’s exhibit room ventilation project. The project is to install duct work and an exhaust fan on the roof of the building to ventilate the exhibit room of the Prince Albert Police Service’s Building located at 45-15th Street West. As part of the scope of work the roof (where the ventilation duct work has penetrated) will be repaired so as to function as intended. There will be a mandatory site visit Thursday October 17, 2024 at 2:00pm meeting in the main lobby of the Prince Albert Police Service’s Building, to explain the project in detail. Attached to this Tender document is the Engineer’s drawing of the project and a spec sheet for the desired fan. Work is required to be completed by December 31, 2024.
