The Nursing Services team is requesting purchase of some equipment that will aid in training and development for the staff. The requested items are needed to ensure the ongoing development and competence of the clinical staff. These training devices will provide the clinical staff an opportunity to practice critical skills in a realistic, low-risk environment, ultimately improving patient care and safety.
Training arms allow for a standardized approach to skill development, ensuring that all healthcare providers receive the same high-quality training experience.
