The City of Leesburg desires to secure the services of a qualified Florida licensed, certified Contractor to provide all necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, and incidentals to construct floating docks and gangway for the expansion of the Venetian Cove Marina, which includes improvements to the existing boat docks, and other items according to the specifications associated to this solicitation.
