REQUEST FOR BIDS

The Logan County Fiscal Court will accept bids from qualified vendors for inmate commissary services within the Logan County Detention Center for a one-year term beginning January 24, 2026 through January 23, 2027, with the option of two renewable years ending January 23, 2028 and January 23, 2029.

Sealed bids must be mailed or delivered to Logan County Judge Executive, 200 West 4th Street, P.O. Box 365, Russellville, KY 42276 and must be received by 9:00 a.m. on December 9, 2025.

The Fiscal Court reserves the right to reject any and all bids and may determine, based on all criteria that the best bid may not be the lowest bid.
