All pricing will include installation.

This does not apply to communications directly with the Procurement Department staff during authorized question periods, or with designated City staff during pre-bid conferences, interviews, requests for clarification, and written contract negotiations. Breaking the established prohibition on communication, if proven, may result in a disqualification of your submittal.
