Cattaraugus County is seeking an interested and qualified individual and/or vendor to operate the Snack Bar at the Little Valley County Center Building.

Request for Interest (RFI) will be accepted at Cattaraugus County Center, Attn: Kelly Reed, Deputy County Administrator, 303 Court Street, Little Valley, NY 14755 until Friday, July 11, 2025 at 10:45 AM after which they will be opened at 11:00 AM. The contract will be awarded within forty-five (45) days after the opening of proposals.

ALL PROPOSALS MUST BE SEALED AND CLEARLY MARKED:

Any proposal not clearly marked will not be considered.
