Vendor Service Contract for Workforce Development Training Support Services

For this RFP, the City of Milwaukee is using a Bonfire portal for accepting and evaluating proposals digitally.

All required documents are available for download on the Bonfire portal.

Your submission must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized prior to the Closing Time of December 18, 2025 at 4:30 PM CT. We strongly recommend that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) hour before Closing Time to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission.

Important Notes:

This RFP requires 18% SBE participation. Bidder must submit a completed copy of OEI Form A with their bid submittal.

A virtual pre-proposal meeting will be held on Monday, December 8, 2025 at 11:00 AM CT via Microsoft Teams. All interested proposers are encouraged to attend this meeting in order to bid.

The awarded Contractor will be required to submit proof of Insurance. Please refer to the Insurance Requirements section on the Invitation to Bid form.

Each item of Requested Information is instantly sealed and will only be visible after the Closing Time.

You will receive an email confirmation receipt with a unique confirmation number once you finalize your submission.
