Vendor Service Contract for Pumping Station Battery System Replacement Project

For this bid, the City of Milwaukee is using a Bonfire portal for accepting and evaluating proposals digitally.

All required documents are available for download on the Bonfire portal.

Your submission must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized prior to the Closing Time of December 4, 2025 at 4:30 PM CT. We strongly recommend that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) hour before Closing Time to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission.

Important Notes:

The awarded Contractor will be required to submit proof of Insurance. Please refer to the Insurance Requirements section on the Invitation to Bid form.

The mandatory on-site pre-bid meeting/site visit will be held on Tuesday, November 11, 2025 from 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM CT at NORTH POINT PUMPING STATION, 2275 N. LINCOLN MEMORIAL DR., MILWAUKEE, WI 53202, AND from 10:15 AM - 11:15 AM CT at TEXAS PUMPING STATION, 2900 E. TEXAS AVE., MILWAUKEE, WI 53207. All interested bidders must pre-register and attend both meetings in order to bid.

Each item of Requested Information is instantly sealed and will only be visible after the Closing Time.

Uploading large documents may take significant time, depending on the size of the file(s) and your Internet connection speed.

You will receive an email confirmation receipt with a unique confirmation number once you finalize your submission.
