Project Description: Vendor Service Contract for Maternal and Child Health Strategic Planning. The City of Milwaukee Health Department (MHD) seeks consulting services to develop a 5-year Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Strategic Plan. The plan will be data-driven, participatory, and grounded in the Social Determinants of Health (SDOH), with clear goals, strategies, and outcomes to guide services and advance MHD’s Public Health 3.0 vision. The finalized plan is expected to launch in Spring 2026. The term of the contract shall commence on the date of award and continue through May 2026.
