Vendor Service Contract for HVAC Equipment Delivery and Installation

For this bid, the City of Milwaukee is using a Bonfire portal for accepting and evaluating proposals digitally.

All required documents are available for download on the Bonfire portal.

Your submission must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized prior to the Closing Time of December 18, 2025 at 4:30 PM CT. We strongly recommend that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) hour before Closing Time to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission.

Important Notes:

This bid requires 100% SBE participation. Bidder must submit a completed copy of OEI Form A with their bid submittal.

The City's Living Wage Ordinance applies to this bid. The "Affidavit of Compliance with Living Wage Provision" must be submitted with the bid.

The awarded Contractor will be required to submit proof of Insurance. Please refer to the Insurance Requirements section on the Invitation to Bid form.

The mandatory on-site pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at 10:00 AM CT at the Howard Water Treatment Plant, 3929 South 6th Street, Milwaukee, WI 53221. All interested bidders must attend this meeting in order to bid.

Each item of Requested Information is instantly sealed and will only be visible after the Closing Time.
