Vendor Service Contract for Furnshing and Installation of Turbidimeters

For this bid, the City of Milwaukee is using a Bonfire portal for accepting and evaluating proposals digitally.

All required documents are available for download on the Bonfire portal.

Your submission must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized prior to the Closing Time of September 4, 2025 at 4:30 PM CT. We strongly recommend that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) hour before Closing Time to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission.

Important Notes:

The awarded Contractor will be required to submit proof of insurance.  Please refer to the Insurance Requirements section on the Invitation to Bid form.

The City's Living Wage Ordinance applies to this bid/RFP.  The "Affidavit of Compliance with Living Wage Provision" must be submitted with the big/RFP.

The mandatory on-site pre-bid meeting will be held on 8/28/2025 at 2:00pm at 3929 S. 6th Street.  All interested bidders must attend this meeting in order to bid.

Each item of Requested Information is instantly sealed and will only be visible after the Closing Time.
