Vendor Service Contract for Custodial Services [Only Groups One (1) and Three (3)]

For this RFP, the City of Milwaukee is using a Bonfire portal for accepting and evaluating proposals digitally.

All required documents are available for download on the Bonfire portal.

Your submission must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized prior to the Closing Time of November 5, 2024 at 4:30 PM CT. We strongly recommend that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) hour before Closing Time to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission.

Important Notes:

The City's Living Wage Ordinance applies to this RFP. The "Affidavit of Compliance with Living Wage Provision" must be submitted with this RFP.

The awarded Contractor will be required to submit proof of Insurance. Please refer to the Insurance Requirements section on the Invitation to Bid form.

Each item of Requested Information is instantly sealed and will only be visible after the Closing Time.
