Vendor Service Contract for Branded Apparel and Soft Goods

For this RFP, the City of Milwaukee is using a Bonfire portal for accepting and evaluating proposals digitally.

All required documents are available for download on the Bonfire portal.

Your submission must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized prior to the Closing Time of July 11, 2025 at 4:30 PM CT. We strongly recommend that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) hour before Closing Time to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission.

The awarded Contractor will be required to submit proof of Insurance. Please refer to the Insurance Requirements section on the Invitation to Bid form.

You will receive an email confirmation receipt with a unique confirmation number once you finalize your submission.
