Vendor Service Contract for Boiler Feed Tank Systems

For this bid, the City of Milwaukee is using a Bonfire portal for accepting and evaluating proposals digitally.

All required documents are available for download on the Bonfire portal.

Your submission must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized prior to the Closing Time of January 15, 2026 at 4:30 PM CT. We strongly recommend that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) hour before Closing Time to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission.

Important Notes:

The awarded Contractor will be required to submit proof of Insurance. Please refer to the Insurance Requirements section on the Invitation to Bid form.

The mandatory on-site pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, January 07, 2026 at 10:00 AM CT at the Howard Water Treatment Plant, 3929 South 6th Street, Milwaukee, WI 53221. All interested bidders must attend this meeting in order to bid.
