Vending Services at Adult Recreation Center

The City of Bentonville, Arkansas is accepting formal, sealed proposals from properly qualified, experienced, licensed and insured individuals for the vending services associated with the Bentonville Adult Recreation Center for the City of Bentonville Parks and Recreation Department. The awarded Proposer will be required to sign a binding Contract with the City; the awarded Contract will be for a one (1) year term and shall be renewable annually upon mutual written agreement via amendment for a total maximum term of three (3) years. The City reserves the right to award a contract to one or multiple Proposers based on the City’s sole determination and in accordance with the City’s best interest.
