2.7.25 - OMH posts IFB for Vending Services (Rochester PC)

The NYS Office of Mental Health's Rochester Psychiatric Center is seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Vending Machine Services.

The CONTRACTOR will pay a fixed Commission percentage of 15% of gross monthly receipts for all items that the Facility considers to be a healthy choice and 30% of the gross monthly receipts of all items the Facility does not consider to be healthy choices.

Vending machines are to consist of, but not limited to: beverages (hot & cold), candy, snacks, sandwiches, frozen items, various Healthy Options, and other items as specified. Please refer to Appendix D, Scope of Work of the contract boilerplate for product and service details. Vendor is to provide the facility with a catalogue of available items.

Additionally, included with these bid documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format. The spreadsheet automatically calculates totals and should be used as well to submit your bid.

An Optional Pre-Bid Site Visit will be held on: Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at 11a ET. Please register by submitting the registration form, Attachment B, no later than Tuesday, February 25 by 3p ET. Please refer to the IFB for detailed instructions.

Questions from attendees are to be submitted per the instructions in the IFB by Thursday, March 6, 2025 by 3p ET. Questions and Answers will be accumulated and sent to all attendees by Thursday, March 13, as well as posted to this ad.
