NOVA PARKS - VENDING BEVERAGE SERVICE BID SPECIFICATIONS

NOVA Parks is accepting bids for vending beverage services for a term
starting March 2026 with two annual renewal options. All services must
be provided at all locations owned or operated by NOVA Parks. General
conditions and proposal sheet are attached and are to be considered
minimum requirements. Any exceptions must be listed on the bid sheet.
If needed, please call to arrange an appointment to discuss the
requirements or to visit any of our locations that require vending
beverage services.
Bids will be accepted at the NOVA Parks headquarters located at: 5400 Ox
Road, Fairfax Station, Virginia 22039 until 10:00 am on March 10, 2026.
Please enclose three (3) copies. All bids are to be sealed and clearly
marked “NOVA Parks Vending Beverage Bid.” Bids may be mailed or
personally delivered. Please state time of delivery. Email bids will also be
accepted until this date and time. Email bids should be sent to
dcharlton@nvrpa.org and bclark@nvrpa.org with file attachments in PDF
format.
NOVA Parks reserves the right to award the contract in the aggregate, by
individual service, or any combination which is in its best interest. NOVA
Parks reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

General Description of Services to be Provided
NOVA Parks attempts to provide quality beverage service for its patrons, and is interested in a vendor
to supply equipment, goods, and services for soft drinks, diet soft drinks, isotonic sport drinks and
energy drinks. NOVA Parks is seeking bids to provide the following product services at all of its sites
located throughout the Northern Virginia area.
1. Provide 4-6 vending units, vending cages as mutually agreed on and 25-30 assorted visual
coolers
2. State terms, liabilities and service call/charge provisions on all equipment.
3. State delivery schedule for full-service vending/self-filled vending
4. State order/delivery schedule for drop ship products (20oz bottles, 12oz cans, etc.)
5. State product line and pricing for vending and visual coolers
6. State vending commission and recommended vending rates (public/employee) for full-service
vending
7. Provide narrative statement on the following: equipment and repair, auditing, refunds, contact
list with response times.
