The County of Venango, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereinafter referred to as (SPONSOR) is soliciting qualifications from engineering consultants for professional services for projects at the public use, Part 139 general aviation airport, Venango Regional Airport. Anticipated project assignments are expected to be similar in nature to those listed on the enclosed attachment. This is a non-project specific solicitation. Your submittal should represent as completely as practicable, your experience in all areas of airport engineering and planning. The term of the contract may be for a period of up to 5 years, assuming continued satisfactory performance on the part of the consultant.

All questions and/or requests for clarification during the solicitation phase of this RFQ shall be submitted in writing to Dottie Tawney at Dottie.Tawney@venangocountypa.gov. To allow the SPONSOR adequate time to respond to an inquiry, all questions and/or requests for clarification concerning this Solicitation should be received no later than 4:00 p.m. local time, Friday, January 16, 2026. No telephone calls or questions submitted through any other means will be responded to. The SPONSOR’s written response to questions and requests for clarification shall be available to all prospective bidders who requested copies of the RFP by Friday, January 23, 2026.
