ADDENDUM #1

REQUEST FOR BID

2024 Highway Vehicles

In reference to the Town of Merrimack’s Request for Vehicles for the Highway Division,

due on Thursday, April 25, 2024 at 2:00PM, please be advised that the following

questions have been clarified:

 For the straight body for the dump truck, would you like that in steel or stainless

steel? Answer: Steel is fine. They can provide a price for Stainless Steel as well.

 Would you like the Steel body painted? Answer: Black is fine for the body.

 The front and rear strobe lights are included in the bid. Did you want the

miniature light bar on the roof as well as shown on the trade in vehicles? Answer:

No, we do not need the light bar on the roof.

Clarification on the bodies of the Trade in’s:

 H8 – Stainless Steel

 H9 – Stainless Steel

 H11 - Aluminum
