REQUEST FOR BID

2024 Highway Vehicles

Sealed bids will be received by the Town of Merrimack until 2:00 PM on Thursday, April 25, 2024 to

supply, deliver, and provide four new vehicles to the Highway Division according to the attached bid

specifications and following conditions:

The Town shall purchase the following gas vehicles:

Truck 1 One (1) New 2024 Ford F250 crew cab with HD2 straight plow or equal,

Truck 2 One (1) New 2024 Ford F350 crew cab with dump body and plow package or equal

Truck 3 One (1) New 2024 Ford F350 regular cab with dump body and plow package or equal

Truck 4 One (1) New 2024 Ford F550 cab & chassis and plow package or equal

There will be four (4) trade-in vehicles available at time of delivery of the new vehicles (Pictures attached

for reference):

 H-3 2013 Ford F-250 VIN # 1FT7X2B69DEA70466 pickup extended cab, orange with plow,

mileage as of April 3, 2024: 81,368

 H-8 2014 F-350 Dump VIN# 1FDRF3HT6EEA94624 dump body orange with plow, mileage as

of April 3, 2024: 84,273

 H-9 2013 F350 Dump VIN#1FDRF3HT3DEA70862 dump body orange with plow, mileage as

of April 3, 2024: 83,291

 H-11 2013 FORD F350 DUMP VIN# 1FD8W3HTXDEA70465 – (The brine tank in the

pictures will be removed and does not come with the trade in) Dump body, crew cab, orange with

plow, mileage as of April 3, 2024: 45,352

The bid shall be submitted on the Bid Form furnished herewith and shall exclude state and federal taxes

not applicable to municipalities. The bid price shall be quoted F.O.B. Town of Merrimack, Highway

Maintenance Complex, 76 Turkey Hill Rd, Merrimack, NH 03054.

The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities in the bids, and to accept the

bid which best serves the interest of the Town.

Bids must sealed and marked “Bid on 2024 Vehicles”, and be delivered to the Town of Merrimack

Finance Department, 6 Baboosic Lake Rd, Merrimack, NH 03054, by the time specified above when they

will be opened publicly and read aloud.

Complete descriptive literature, including warranty information shall accompany the bid.

It is the bidder’s responsibility to confirm the bid is received by the Finance Department by the date and

time specified. The Town of Merrimack’s Purchasing Policy is available on the Town’s website:
