Vehicle Towing & Storage Services

The City of St. Petersburg ("City") is seeking qualified vendors to provide towing, vehicle removal, and storage services on an as‑needed basis for vehicles damaged in accidents, stolen, impounded for illegal street storage, or otherwise requiring storage.

St. Petersburg is the largest city in Pinellas County, with a population of 271,017.

The selected vendor may be required to tow vehicles from crash scenes that require additional extrication, including situations where a decedent remains entrapped. Vendors must also be capable of removing accident‑related debris from public streets and property, and may be asked to perform debris removal on private property when necessary. In addition, the City must be guaranteed priority access to wrecker equipment at all times, including during natural or manmade disasters.
