Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish up to three (3) contracts with qualified towing contractors to provide:
• Police-Initiated Towing (“Police Towing”), including towing, scene support, storage, and controlled release; and
• City Fleet and Equipment Towing and Related Services (“City Fleet Towing”), including towing of inoperable City vehicles, relocation of City equipment, and emergency support, etc.
