Vehicle Repairs and Original Equipment Manufacturers for the Mercer County Motor Pool and the Mercer County Cooperative Purchasing System

The County requests bids for Original Equipment Manufactured (O.E.M.) parts and repairs for Mercer County and cooperative members for a period of one (1) month and three (3) weeks with an option to extend one (1) year. Please submit all questions in writing via email to ohibbert@mercercounty.org or via the BidNet portal no later than September 19, 2025.

Specifications ,addendum's and bid forms may be obtained through BidNet Direct. Bids shall be electronically uploaded. NO physical bids shall be received, opened or honored per notice to bidders.  Please contact BidNet for  assistance with electronic bid submission 1800-835-4603 Option 2.
