Vehicle Repairs and Original Equipment Manufactured Parts (OEM) for the County of Mercer and the Mercer County Purchasing Cooperative System

The County requests bids for Original Equipment Manufactured (O.E.M.) parts and repairs  for Mercer County and cooperative members for a period of one(1) year with an option to extend one (1) year. Please submit all questions in writing to via email to ohibbert@mercercounty.org or via the BidNet portal by July 16, 2025.

Specifications ,addendum's and bid forms may be obtained through BidNet Direct. Bids shall be electronically uploaded. NO physical bids shall be received, opened or honored per notice to bidders.  Please contact BidNet for  assistance with electronic bid submission 1800-835-4603 Option 2.
