Vehicle Registration and Title Processing Services

The City of Pasadena Department of Public Works, Building Systems and Fleet Management Division (BSFMD) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide vehicle registration, title processing, plate issuance, VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) verification, and related DMV (Department of Motor Vehicles) transaction services for City-owned vehicles and equipment. The selected vendor shall provide registration-related services necessary to maintain compliance with California DMV requirements and support uninterrupted fleet operations for Fiscal Year 2027.

The City of Pasadena operates a fleet of approximately 1,100 vehicles and equipment units used to support municipal operations. Throughout the normal course of fleet management, vehicles require registration renewals, title transfers, replacement registrations, replacement plates, VIN verifications, exempt plate processing, and other registration-related transactions.
To ensure timely completion of these transactions and maintain compliance with California DMV requirements, the City seeks a qualified contractor capable of providing registration processing services on an as-needed basis.
